Soul Flow Yoga
Soul Flow Yoga is a balanced, soulful, welcoming class.
We practice together in a supportive environment – wonderful for beginners and anyone seeking a great class!
This class will build strength, flexibility and community as we move through yoga sequences and mindful breathing and you will have a sense of nurturing, ease-fullness and healing and also experience a great overall body workout.
Benefits of Soul Flow Yoga
This class is flowing, calming and therapeutic in nature, and beneficial for stress relief and overall well-being. Deep stretching and a little more advanced postures offered for more advanced yogis. We’ll finish with a blissful meditation to leave you feeling amazing!
In winter the room is warmed for comfort & in summer it is cooled for comfort.
